Hello and welcome. My name is Scott Tietzel and I am professional cyclist and part time student at the University of Colorado in beautiful Boulder Co. I grew up in Boulder and cant seem to find any place I would rather be except for maybe Italy around Bassano and Marostica. I am finishing up a degree in studio art and art history and trying to make it as a pro cyclist. I raced in Belgium for three years with the Cycling Center and last year rode pro for Jelly Belly. This year Im riding with the DLP team out of North Carolina. I also work for a company in Boulder called Curve Inc. and we have a wide variety of products including custom cycling and triathlon clothing and accessories as well as wetsuits and a titanium side with some really cool bike frames forks and accessories. I live with my girlfriend and our two cats and we spend alot of time hanging out enjoying the outdoors.

Hey Scott,
Hope this gets to you. Enjoyed sharing the umbrella with you and the informative observations at the end of Stage 7 of TOC. We wish you the greatest success in your career. It’s great to do this while you are young. Age catches up all too rapidly.
Regards, Ronald L. Sorrels, DDS, Somis, CA
